Hey everyone, Vase here.
Quick update: A few weeks ago I posted an update apologizing for a mistake and promising 4 free one-shot adventures to all backers. The first of these is ready to download! My brother (business partner) and I are really proud of these four adventures and I hope you enjoy running them as much as we enjoyed writing them.

Download it before April 20, as the coupon code is scheduled to expire then. The 2nd adventure is being completed as I write this and you should expect an update to download that one in the next couple of weeks.
Regarding physical rewards:
- The printers in China have sent me the digital proofs and they look good, so they are in the process of getting the machines set up for the job. We are still making good time for a late Summer delivery.
- The decks are in the process of design, and we expect a May/June delivery. I'll keep you posted.
- Everything else is on pace for a May/June delivery.

Hey everyone,
As some of you may know by now, we had some major (and heartbreaking) health news regarding our four-legged family members earlier this month. We are working through it and it has taken some time and attention away from other responsibilities. We are slightly delayed on the 4 one-shots I promised a couple of updates ago, but they are going to be released over the next few weeks. I want to make sure they come out great vs coming out quickly.
- In the next couple of weeks, expect download links for the one-shot adventures via multiple updates like this one.
- The manufacturer in China is working on the proofs for the physical book and we are still making good time with that. The late summer distribution date is unchanged as of now.
- We are putting together the files for the decks (creature, NPC, and magic). Once the files are done, we send for a prototype deck of each one to make sure they come out looking great. Once approval is done, the mass manufacturing of the decks takes just a couple of weeks.
- Expect the decks to begin distribution in late April/ early May.

Hey backers,
Earlier today I sent out a digital flash sale for the PDF of Horror at Yishusu Landing to email subscribers. A good friend of mine called out to my attention that it isn't fair to discount the PDF for non-backers at that price. I feel terrible because he is right. I messed up. Luckily, the flash sale is only for a couple of weeks, and only to a small set of email subscribers.
Still, I need to make this right for all of you who believed in the project from the very beginning. Here is what I'll be doing for backers at all tiers:
- The Foundry VTT module will only ever be free for Kickstarter backers. This is a promise. The Foundry module should be released no later than end of next week.
- I will be sending all backers 4 additional one-shot adventures (all will eventually be on DrivethruRPG for $7 or more), absolutely free. Although these are not Yishusu adventures, they are 5e D&D one shots written by my brother (Phase II Publishing) and myself, each about 15-20 pages, and we've been working on these since late last year. I will have those for all of you by end of next week.

VIP bonus and shipping charges

Hello backers!
We have completed the VIP bonus one-shot, "The Hilt". If you backed at the VIP level you will be receiving a link to redeem your free one-shot adventure within the next couple of days. I'm very sorry for the delay, it's been a very sad week with regards to my four-legged family members. Things have been... tough. Some of you already heard, and I appreciate the well-wishes.
We are also updating some of the art in the book based on feedback, so be sure to check next week for an updated download file.
Last, we are going to begin the shipping charges early next week. There are several reasons for this: 1. We would like to get out some of the other rewards within the next couple of months (decks, art prints, etc). 2. Our printers in China require payment up front for several things and it is just easier to get it all in now so that we can have smooth processing over the next few months. Be sure to have your card info up to date on Backerkit.
